Sparta to build M2M module into bikes

The bicycle maker Sparta plans to introduce a connected bike next year. A module with GPS, GPRS, Bluetooth and a motion sensor will be placed in the frame of the bike in order to help users track and locate their bike. Sparta already sold a series of 250 connected bikes earlier this year and is also thinking of launching the service under other brands of the Accell group, such as Batavus and Koga.
