Spotify available on Google's Chromecast

Spotify will be available on the new Chromecast from Google, with existing devices receiving a firmware update over the next few weeks. Spotify Premium subscribers will also be able to play their music through the new Chromecast Audio. To access Spotify, end-users simply plug in the Chromecast device and cast music directly from their phone or tablet. Using the Spotify app, they can play, skip, browse and search. They can also make calls, watch a video or play games while the music keeps playing. Spotify said it also made it easier to discover and connect to end-users devices. Spotify now
