Spreadtrum chipset powers Samsung Z4 Tizen LTE

Spreadtrum Communications announced that its 4G/LTE chipset SC9830K was adopted for Samsung's newly released Z4 smartphone, which has been launched into the market in June. The Samsung Z4, Tizen3.0 OS based 4.5-inch WVGA (480x800) TFT capacitive touch screen model supports a 4G/LTE, VoLTE, and VoWiFi platform powered by Spreadtrum's LTE 28nm quad-core SoC platform SC9830K, and features 1GB RAM/8 GB storage, a micro SD slot up to 128GB, and Dual SIM / Single SIM.
