Sprint accuses three telecom companies of stealing VoIP patents, trade secrets

Sprint filed a lawsuit alleging that Charter Communications, Bright House Networks and Time Warner Cable stole VoIP technology-related patents and trade secrets from the company, according to the Kansas City Star newspaper. Two former Sprint employees are also named as defendants in the lawsuit filed in Johnson County District Court. Court documents allege the two former employees divulged trade secrets to Bright House shortly before leaving Sprint and joining Bright House.
