Sprint, Dish talks collapse over break-up fee - report

Dish Network's takeover talks with Sprint Nextel are said to have collapsed over the amount of the break-up fee in the deal, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg. Sprint wanted a payment of USD 3 billion if the deal did not secure regulatory approval or otherwise was not completed, while Dish had offered USD 1 billion.
