Sprint gets banks proposals on how to fund T-Mobile USA buy

At least two banks have submitted proposals to Sprint about how the carrier could finance the acquisition of T-Mobile USA, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The sources added that the proposals have given Sprint confidence the deal can be funded. No terms of any bid have yet been disclosed but the proposals see a total enterprise value of around USD 50 billion for the deal, including USD 31 billion for T-Mobile USA and the possible refinancing of USD 20 billion in existing T-Mobile debt.
