Sprint to launch LTE Chromebook by CTL for education, business customers

Sprint is working with Google and CTL to create the new 'CTL Chromebook NL7 LTE' featuring Sprint's built-in LTE service. The CTL Chromebook NL7 LTE with Sprint integrates with Google's G Suite for Education as well as G-Suite Basic, Business and Enterprise editions, and allows users to connect without the need for a Wi-Fi connection or mobile hotspot. It starts at USD 299 with Sprint's USD 15 monthly unlimited LTE data plan.

So why if t mobile is going to buy Sprint is it sprint to make all the advancements.. find it weird as an ex employee and a vote holding share holder. Maybe I should just cash out shares and short sell the company...
