SRG sells Admeira to Swisscom, Ringier

As announced earlier, Swiss public broadcaster SRG is selling its stake in marketing company Admeira. The stake will be acquired by Swisscom and Ringier, each taking 50 percent. SRG will further offer broadcasting, advertising and sponsoring via Admeira, according to Handelszeitung. The change in shareholder structure will not change the operational orientation of Admeira.
