ST unveils STM32H7 series of microcontrollers

STMicroelectronics released its STM32H7 series of microcontrollers, which embeds the highest SRAM memory (1Mbytes), Flash memory up to 2MB, and the richest connectivity peripheral set ever seen in the STM32 platform. With this new series of microcontrollers, the company said it wants to pave the way to even more intelligent smart devices everywhere. Central to this leap in capability is ST's own highly advanced 40nm chip-fabrication process combined with innovations in the product architecture.
