StarHub, Temasek subsidiary establish Asian cybersecurity company

Singapore operator StarHub has signed an agreement with Leone Investments to form a joint venture company. Leone is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek. Called 'Ensign InfoSecurity', the new entity will merge StarHub's Cyber Security Centre of Excellence, its subsidiary Accel Systems & Technologies and Temasek-owned Quann, to form a large cyber security company in Asia.
