StarTimes encourages digital TV take-up in Nigeria

Alex Jian, CEO of StarTimes Nigeria, said that the pay-TV brand will continue to provide technical support for actualisation of digital television migration nationwide. It aims to increase digital TV penetration and offer attractive material to every home, irrespective of income level. The cheapest subscription is NGN 900 monthly for the Nova bundle of more than 40 channels including 24-hour Nollywood channel Wakaati TV; two foreign channels showing Turkish, Korean and Chinese output; cartoon channels Jimjam and Pineapple; a sports; and over 20 local channels.
