Stop5GNL group loses court appeal against 5G auction

A court in The Hague has rejected a case brought by the group Stop5GNL against the state calling for the suspension of the 5G spectrum auction and any other activities allowing 5G networks to go ahead. The court found that the state was acting on the basis of legitimate scientific research in pursuing the development of 5G networks.
