Sunrise demands fair competition from Swisscom

Sunrise has responded to the confirmation by the Federal Administrative Court of the Competition Commission's decision of November 2009 in the ADSL investigation against Swisscom. Sunrise considers that Swisscom's alleged abuse of market dominance in broadband services and the consequent disadvantage for competitors have been confirmed. Nevertheless, Sunrise criticises the lengthy duration of the procedure, as well as other pending procedures, and expects Swisscom to commit to fair competition.
