Superloop to acquire Australian ISP Exetel for AUD 110 million

Australia's Superloop has agreed to acquire Exetel for AUD 110 million. Exetel will bring 110,000 customers and AUD 150 million in revenue to Superloop. Following the completion of the acquisition, Superloop expects to reach revenues of AUD 261 million, and top 155,000 customers on the local market.
