Swedish data protection authority leads European working group on terminology guidelines

The Swedish Data Protection Authority said it will head a working group that is part of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), and which has been commissioned to draw up new guidelines on the interpretation of the terms "data controller" and "data processor".
