Swedish data watchdog appeals after Google partly wins case on right to be forgotten

The Swedish Data Inspection Authority said it is turning to the court of appeal, after an administrative court ruled partly in favour of Google, saying the "right to be forgotten" from the internet should not apply in complaints made about search engine results found outside Sweden.
