Swedish govt set to reach 2020 broadband target

Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS said the government has a good chance of reaching its goal of having 90 percent of homes and businesses getting access to broadband at a minimum of 100 Mbps by 2020. According to its report on Sweden's broadband strategy, PTS said based on current investments and other key factors, it is likely that 90-93 percent of homes and businesses will have access to broadband at that speed, either via fibre or mobile networks, by the target date.
