Swedish pirate video viewing holds steady over past 3 years

Tuesday 21 February 2017 | 12:18 CET | News
Swedish consultancy Mediavision said that 24 percent of Swedes aged 15 to 74 had downloaded or streamed films or TV serials illegally in January 2017. The rate rises to more than half among those aged 15 to 24, and to 70 percent for men in that age group. Among the population as a whole, piracy has remained fairly steady over the past three years at around 25 percent, said Mediavision.
