Swedish PTS seeks comments on use of 1800 MHz band

Wednesday 4 March 2015 | 11:18 CET | News
Swedish postal and telecoms regulator PTS is inviting comments on its preliminary study of use in the future of the 1775-1780/1870-1875 MHz frequncies. The European Commission has set binding rules on harmonised use of the 1,800 MHz band, it said. The current permit for the band runs out on 31 May 2017 and PTS is analysing how the spectrum should be allocated and used after that. The deadline for comments is 25 March 2015.
