Swedish regulator wants better e-payment information for digitally excluded people

Swedish regulator PTS said more needs to be done to help people use digital payment methods, as traditional methods payments such as cash are in decline. A survey by Stelacon, now part of Analysys Mason, found that libraries do not have the ability to help the public with queries about registration, log-on and payment. Helping people set up and understand electronic post bank, BankID and other accounts can take between 30 and 60 minutes, it said.
