Swiss parliament approves roaming, net neutrality regulations

The Swiss parliament has approved changes to the telecommunications law allowing the government to set price caps for roaming. The power was given to the Federal Council if it finds the roaming prices are too high, news agency ATS reports. MPs also approved measures to stengthen net neutrality, fight unsolicited telemarketing and online pornography, and improve access to buildings for telecom providers.
