Swiss public broadcaster furloughs 600 employees due to Covid-19 crisis

Swiss public broadcaster SRG SSR said that it plans reduced working hours for around 600 employees due to the Covid-19 crisis. The employees are part of SRF, RTS and RSI, as well as active in the division Access Services and Service Technologies from Swiss TXT. They will benefit from a temporary unemployment scheme due to the shortfall in activity and advertising.
