Swisscom refunds Apple extended warranty charges

Swisscom is refunding payments of CHF 29 that it has been charging for warranty extension for Apple products by one year since April. The operator is returning the charges after the Association of Consumer Protection Organisations (the Foundation for Consumer Protection and its partner organisations FRC and acsi) sent a letter dated 06 October calling on Swisscom to change the practice.
