Swisscom resolves misuse of customer call records to monitor call centre employees

In spring, several Swisscom employees at the operator's call centre complained to the trade union Transfair about having been under surveillance for some time, reports Handelszeitung.ch. According to Transfair, surveillance is normally used for quality control and was misused to control employees. The employee representatives intervened and appreciate that Swisscom has promptly resolved the situation.
