Swisscom sells Healthi to e-health start-up Visionarity

Swisscom has sold its health platform Healthi to e-health start-up Visionarity, reported ITreseller.ch. Visionarity will in this way become one of the biggest e-Health providers in Europe and is taking an important step towards a new financing round. Healthi will be migrated to Visionarity with all of its clients and employees. No financial details were provided.
