Swisscom wins appeal over distortion of competition fine

The Swiss Federal Administrative Court has partially accepted Swisscom's appeal against a sanction ruling issued by the Competition Commission (COMCO) on 19 October 2009 for alleged improper pricing of broadband services until the end of 2007, and has reduced COMCO's cartel fine of CHF 219 million to CHF 186 million.
