SwissSign Group establishes, integrates activities of SwissSign

As announced earlier, with the aim to create and implement digital identity in Switzerland, a new joint venture SwissSign Group has been established, composed of state-owned companies, financial, insurance and heath insurance companies (SBB, Swiss Post, Swisscom, Credit Suisse, Raiffeisen, Six Group, UBS, Zurcher Kantonalbank, Axa, Baloise, Helvetia, Mobiliar, Swiss Life, Vaudoise, Zurich, CSS and SWICA). The objective of the joint venture is to integrate know-how and ongoing initiatives in digital identity under one umbrella and establish SwissID.
