Switching triple-play provider regularly could save dozens of euros per year

Triple-play providers in the Netherlands put their main focus on attracting new customers, trusting existing customers will 'stick' once they are signed up, according to a study from Telecompaper covering the third quarter. The research focused on price developments at the country's main triple-play providers, namely KPN, Online.nl, T-Mobile Netherlands, Telfort, Tele2 Netherlands, XS4All and Ziggo. New customers are exposed to numerous promotions with discounts given on monthly triple-play subscriptions. Existing customers by contrast are regularly faced with price increases.
