Switzerland implements emergency system Alertswiss

Swiss Federal Office for Civil Protection (BABS) in cooperation with cantons and Liechtenstein is implementing Alertswiss, a new public emergency communication system via digital channels. Alertswiss is based on push messages in case of natural catastrophes and any other emergency and is available both as a mobile application and website.
