T-Mobile Austria engages Helferline for home internet setup

T-Mobile Austria partners with the startup Helferline to provide customer support with the setup of home internet, including devices such as Home Net Box, WLAN, PC, tablet or printer. Helferline uses a network of independent experts in technical issues, mostly students of technology universities, who cooperate with the startup on a freelance basis via a proprietary application.
