T-Mobile Austria returns to customer growth in Q3

T-Mobile Austria reported stabilising revenues in the third quarter of this year, at EUR 207 million, down 1.4 percent compared to the same period last year. Service revenue was in line with the prior-year figure at EUR 178 million. EBITDA was EUR 64 million for the third quarter, down 4.5 percent compared to the year-earlier period, and EBIT reached EUR 30 million, up 6 percent year-on-year. The mobile operator returned to customer growth in Q3, adding a net 28,000 new customers in the three months, for a total 3.962 million. Postpaid customers rose by 9,000 and prepaid users by 19,000.
