T-Mobile intros tech to protect from phone scams

T-Mobile started offering two new services, Scam ID and Scam Block, to provide protection against scam calls. Scam ID automatically alerts when an incoming call is likely a scam and Scam Block stop scam calls before they ever reach customers. These free new customer protection features are powered by patent-pending T-Mobile technology built right into the carrier's network, which also means scam blocking works on every single phone on T-Mobile's network.
