T-Mobile loses appeal against much of KPN's fibre access fees

The Dutch corporate appeals court CBb has largely upheld the fees set by regulator ACM for access to KPN's fibre network, rejecting an appeal from T-Mobile Netherlands. The tariffs set in November 2017 cover four new ODF services. The court approved the ACM's model for calculating the rates for so-called 'do-it-yourself' access for service providers, which T-Mobile had opposed.
