T-Mobile Netherlands picks Interactive Intelligence

T-Mobile Netherlands has awarded a contract to Interactive Intelligence for the contact centre software Customer Interaction Center (CIC). Around 500 staff will use the software, to be implemented this summer. CIC allows for integrated handling of e-mails, calls, cases and tweets. The Dutch operator's current system was implemented seven years ago, in a joint project with T-Mobile Austria.
