T-Mobile NL facing reorganisation, no forced redundancies

T-Mobile Netherlands is planning on cutting workforce numbers. The company could be looking to eliminate one quarter of its 1900 Dutch workers, prompted by lower sales and profit, Het Financieele Dagblad reported. There is no concrete plan yet for a reorganisation or job cutting programme, sources within T-Mobile NL informed Telecompaper. The sources said they had not heard of the numbers indicated in Het Financieele Dagblad. There are changes underway, but the sources said the redundancies will happen via natural attrition although other alternatives could not completely be ruled out. Staff
