T-Mobile NL investors raise new debt for leveraged buy-out

Warburg Pincus and Apax Partners are planning to raise EUR 2.05 billion in debt to finance their planned takeover of T-Mobile Netherlands. Moody's announced B1 and Caa1 credit ratings for the debt issues.
