T-Mobile NL starts separate handset pricing

T-Mobile Netherlands has started charging separately for mobile phones and service plans. The change follows a ruling by the Dutch High Court last year that said bundled sales of phones and services are a form of consumer credit. The financial services regulator AFM is still working on the new rules for the sector to reflect the ruling. T-Mobile first announced in November 2014, at the Telecompaper Mobiel conference, that it planned to switch to the new form of pricing.
