T-Mobile NL told to stop using 'unlimited everything' term

The Dutch Advertising Code Commission (RCC) has told T-Mobile Netherlands to stop using the term "unlimited everything," following a complaint lodged by consumer organisation Consumentenbond. The RCC said the term was too vague and untrue considering the restrictions attached to the "unlimited everything" deals, such as lower mobile internet speeds following a certain threshold. This would severely restrict several services, the RCC said. The RCC disregarded one complaint from the Consumentenbond. The organisation said T-Mobile was not clear that the unlimited bundles only came in combination
