T-Mobile Poland increases LTE network capacity

In May, T-Mobile Poland began optimising its spectrum resources to increase the capacity of its LTE network. In the 2100 MHz band, from the block of 15 MHz, a 10 MHz portion has been reserved for 4G and the rest will still be used for 3G. During a period of less than six months, the operator has completed the refarming in eleven areas: Bydgoszcz, the Upper Silesian Industrial District, Krakow, Lublin, Olsztyn, Poznan, Szczecin, Torun, the Tri-City, Warsaw and Wroclaw. In addition, recently the mountain resorts Karpacz and Zakopane were completed.
