T-Mobile reaches asset sale deal with Dish, pending DoJ concerns - report

Dish Network and T-Mobile US have agreed to a divestiture deal that brings T-Mobile a step closer to gaining government approval of its takeover of Sprint, people familiar with the matter told CNBC. However, there are still issues the Department of Justice is actively focused on before it would allow a deal, the sources added.
