T-Mobile says Dutch spectrum policy holding back innovation

T-Mobile Netherlands is in line with its rivals KPN and VodafoneZiggo in saying the Dutch government's spectrum policy needs changing. T-Mobile told Telecompaper that opening up the 3.5 GHz band is especially important, and in general it needs more spectrum to help make up for its lack of fixed network infrastructure. The Netherlands needs to align itself better with EU spectrum policy more often, spokeswoman Judith Thompson-Sepmeijer said.
