T-Mobile sees app take bigger role in customer service

T-Mobile Netherlands announced that more than half a million customers are using its My T-Mobile app. Launched two years ago, the app is now consulted around 3 million times per month, mainly to check the account status and bills, the operator said. Customers average seven log-ins per month each. T-Mobile said the app is changing customers attitude, and they now want to be able to access their account data 24 hours a day.
