T-Mobile US introduces NB-IoT Magenta plan for USD 6 per year

T-Mobile US has thrown down a gauntlet, introducing a plan for NB-IoT for 6 USD per year, noting that price is one tenth of the cost of Verizon's Cat-M plans. The new Magenta deal, available at this price for a limited time, will provide connectivity for up to 12 MB per connected device. Mobile also announced it has certified new NB-IoT modules from u-blox and Sierra Wireless for use on NB-IoT network.
