T-Mobile US launches zero roaming across North America

Thursday 9 July 2015 | 15:02 CET | News
T-Mobile US has extended its Simple Choice plan to Mexico and Canada at no extra charge. The 'Mobile without Borders' option offers calling, texting and LTE data throughout North America, straight on the customer's plan. From 15 July calls to, from and between the US, Mexico and Canada, whether to mobiles or landlines, are included in the latest plans at no extra charge. It is the first such product on the market, writes the "un-carrier", which cites research indicating that 35 percent of international calls and 55 percent of international travel from the US was to Mexico and Canada in 2014.
