T-Mobile US expects to end this year with a total of 300 million LTE points of presence (PoPs) across the country, the operator's president and CEO John Legere told a conference call with investors. The executive said that T-Mobile US ended the first quarter of 2015 with 275 million LTE PoPs. "We are quickly deploying wide band LTE in 157 markets and targeting more than 200 markets by year-end. In addition, we are aggressively launching low band 700 megahertz A-Block spectrum in 55 markets," he added.
