T-Online leads German websites in August

Almost 56 million people over 10 years old (75.7%) used the internet in Germany in August at least once, according to the recent media study 'internet facts' conducted by German online media research company AGOF. With 49.6 percent, T-Online counts the highest number of unique visitors (27.6 mln), ahead of eBay with 24.7 million (44.4%), Bild.de with 16.45 million (29.6%), gutefrage.net with 16.24 million (29.2%) and wed.de with 14.01 million (25.5%) users. InteractiveMedia topped the August ranking of marketers with 35.99 million (64.7%) as well as the weekly ranking with 21.39 million
