T-Systems job losses to fall on management, services departments - CEO

Roughly one third of the employees that Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Systems wants to eliminate under its turnaround plan lack an in-depth understanding of IT systems, do not know how to program and cannot administer IT systems, T-Systems CEO Adel Al-Saleh told German trade publication Computerwoche.
