T-Systems shifts strategic focus to cloud computing

T-Systems, the subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, said it is adopting a new strategy to increase its focus on cloud computing in the future. It will invest a sum running to three digits of millions of euros to expand cloud services. The company has signed partnership agreements with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft. Its customers now receive a cloud service based on Microsoft Azure and benefit from quick migration to the cloud on AWS infrastructure.
