T-Systems Switzerland to partner with IPsoft

T-Systems Switzerland and IPsoft, a provider of automated services for IT and business operations, announced a cooperation to introduce an automation environment using artificial intelligence. By condensing and automating manual processes, operations get more stable and downtime can be decreased. IPsoft has been cooperating with T-Systems Austria for about a year.
