Take-Two considers takeover of UK games developer Codemasters

New York-based Take-Two Interactive Software has made an offer to possibly acquire the entire issued share capital of Codemasters, UK-based games publisher and developer, at a price of GBP 4.85 (around USD 6.40) per share. Codemasters is a leasing publisher of racing games for PC, mobile and console.
